Instructions:
Any of Grove
Gear’s ratio
multipliers can be
physically assembled to
any worm gear reducer to
create a helical/worm
double reduction unit,
provided that the worm
gear unit has a NEMA
motor flange which
corresponds with the NEMA
output face of the ratio
multiplier.
The standard
combinations used by
Grove Gear when a
helical/worm unit is
ordered from the factory
are shown in the chart
below. The dimension
pages and ratings tables
that appear in the Grove
Gear catalog are based on
these combinations.
